The hotel's central location allowed me to easily access my business meetings and the nearby restaurants were convenient. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable after a long day of work, plus the Wi, Fi was fast and reliable. I appreciated the 24, hour reception, which made checking in and out hassle, free.

The noise level was unbearable. the streets outside of the hotel were loud and the thin walls made it difficult to sleep.

The Hotel Kratis in Kratovo exceeded our expectations. The recently renovated rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The double bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic double shower. The 24-hour reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in the town center was perfect. a great value for money stay.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station and right in the center of the old town. The staff were excellent and attentive, particularly the Manager who spoke good English and organized a trip for us. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed having a terrace where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. The hotel offered free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment.

The central location of this hotel was unbeatable - we could walk everywhere and enjoyed the stunning views of the river and hills from the terrace. The staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke great English. We also loved the variety of breakfasts that were offered each day.

The decor and furnishings felt outdated and uninviting. We also had a frustrating experience with our dinner one evening and felt that the staff could have been better trained in dealing with customers' concerns.
